Refunds are our own mistake 

Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty 

If you have an issue with your order please email Littlebearandme@hotmail.com quoting your name, order number and full address and the reason for the wanting a refund. Attach photos when possible 

Any issues with an order need to be emailed in within 10 days of receiving your order, or a refund wont be possible
